About Ann M. Pompelio, Esq.
Are you looking for a family law lawyer who is experienced in all areas of family law?
Are you considering mediation as an alternative to litigation?
Have you been court ordered to attend mediation before filing a litigation action?
Do you need guidance on how to go about resolving your family law issues?
Contact me, and let's set up a free consultation. I will explain the law to you, and how it applies to your case.
I represent clients in all family law matters, whether you are the husband or the wife, whether you are the plaintiff or the defendant, whether you have never been married to the other parent of your child(ren). If the docket has or will have an "F" in it, meaning your case is in the Family Part, I can help you.
I have extensive experience representing clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, in domestic violence trials. I have represented hundreds of clients in pre-judgment and post-judgment divorce matters. Since 2009, when I earned a Certificate as a Family Law Mediator and was included on the roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases in Sussex and Morris Counties, I have helped many clients resolve their issues through mediation.
I pay attention to the details. I will return your phone calls and e-mails, and I will keep you updated on your case.
